The microwaves act directly on the water in the food to create heat from the inside. Hot air heats the outside of the food. The combination of the two ensures incredibly fast cooking times and even faster regeneration times.

SPEED.PRO™ belongs to the speed ovens range.
SPEED.Pro™ is the first oven in the world that combines the features of a convection oven with those of a speed oven. In fact, compared to a traditional speed oven, SPEED.Pro™ is equipped with a larger cooking chamber with 3 rack levels. When in bake mode, it is capable of cooking full loads of frozen and fresh pastry and bakery items. It then transforms into a true speed oven capable of quickly regenerating up to 4 portions of meals and snacks when used in speed mode.
