Unox, market leader in the production of high-end ovens, certified Great Place to Work in Italy for the seventh consecutive year, is looking for an Customer Support and Training Specialist to join the Inside Sales Team at Unox SpA.
Main responsibilities- Handle customer support requests by ensuring timely, high-quality assistance through maintenance activities and follow-ups;
- Actively plans and supports external sales force activities
- Maintain and update the company CRM, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness;
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities;
- Act as liaison between internal departments to ensure efficient workflow coordination;
- Provide training for new international team members on the Salesforce platform.
Requirements- High school Diploma or graduate degree in Administration/Economics/Languages;
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Customer service orientation;
- Proven problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills;
- Entry-Level (<2 years)
