Unox, a market leader in the production of high-end ovens and certified as a Great Place to Work®, is looking for an Order Management Logistics Specialist to join the Unox Service Team in Denver, North Carolina. In this role youll provide excellent customer service and support for installations, warranties, and invoices while contributing to our Great Place to Work® culture.

Main responsibilities
  • Handle customer calls and inquiries about installations and warranties.
  • Manage installation data and support equipment installation processes.
  • Work closely with Service Technicians and other teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve problems and improve processes.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Requirements
  • A technical background is preferred; however, candidates with a degree in Languages or Humanities who demonstrate strong motivation to develop technical expertise will also be considered and supported through comprehensive training
  • Strong communication and excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to details and a problem solving mindset
  • Entry-Level (<2 years)
