Education:
• BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
Skills:
• Fluent knowledge of the English language;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
Work experiences:
• At least two years of experience in the commercial field, preferably in the realm of Key Accounts/selling equipment to kitchen centers;
• Willingness to travel (approximately 50% of the time). We seek a constant presence within the market;
• Overseeing the complete sales process, starting from identifying potential clients to finalizing deals and discovering fresh sales prospects through effective networking, transforming them into enduring partnerships;
• Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager;
• Cultivating trusting relationships with a significant client portfolio to prevent them from seeking alternatives;
• Gaining a comprehensive understanding of essential customer needs and specifications;
• Expanding connections with current clients by consistently presenting solutions aligned with their objectives;
• Ensuring the timely delivery of accurate products and services to customers, accompanied by regular updates, progress reports, and forecasts provided to both internal and external stakeholders;
• Serving as the crucial communication link between key customers and internal teams;
• Resolving customer issues and addressing complaints proactively to uphold trust;
• Continuously generating new sales opportunities that evolve into enduring relationships;
• Formulating detailed business plans aimed at achieving predetermined goals and quotas.
