Unox S.p.A., a market leader in the production of high-end ovens and certified as one of the 100 Best Workplaces in Europe, is looking for an Electrical Technician to join our Research & Development laboratory.
Main responsibilities- Assemble and test the mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components of prototypes during the design and testing phases.
- Develop custom systems for the actuation and monitoring of components to be validated, following direct collaboration with the design team.
- Build electrical control panels and perform on-machine wiring.
- Set up and independently carry out certification tests on new products, ensuring compliance with applicable safety and energy efficiency regulations.
- Collaborate with external laboratories to define and conduct collaborative testing activities.
- Perform specific tests (lifecycle tests, efficiency tests, and cooking tests), preparing the related technical documentation and analysis reports.
- Ensure measurement accuracy through the management and periodic calibration of laboratory instruments.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the R&D Laboratory by managing consumable materials, cataloguing, and handling the logistics of prototypes, including packaging and transportation.
Requirements- Technical or vocational diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, or Mechatronics.
