Principales responsabilités
Analyze and design the flow and distribution of water inside the oven, ensuring perfect integration with other thermal and electromagnetic systems.
Calculate and size the water circuits taking into account the operating pressures and flow rates required for each individual oven function, to ensure the stability and reliability of the system during intensive use.
Build prototypes of water circuits and test new ideas in synergy with the mechanical engineering team.
Develop metrics to characterize the behavior of metal surfaces in the interaction with the chemicals released during cooking, the salts contained in the water and the chemical components of detergents.
Rigorously validate the design of the water circuits in order to guarantee maximum reliability.
Analyze and test the water flow rates in the automatic cleaning circuits, to ensure effective and safe cleaning, while optimizing water consumption and system efficiency.
Collaborate with the software team to design and test intelligent algorithms that optimize water use in cooking and cleaning cycles.
Prérequis
Master's degree in Chemical Engineering
Fluent knowledge of Italian and English
