Principales responsabilités
Management of the accounts payable cycle: invoice recording, due date tracking, payment recording.
Management of the accounts receivable cycle: invoice issuance, preparation of revenue statements, Ri.Ba issuance, receipt recording.
Handling of invoices from professionals: invoice entry, withholding tax payments, preparation and submission of annual tax certifications.
General ledger entries, payroll, and bank transactions (both manual and automatic entries).
Use of home banking for payment and collection operations.
VAT compliance: preparation of registers and monthly summaries, periodic VAT settlements, support for annual VAT return and management of intent declarations.
Preparation, submission, and recording of F24 tax forms.
Support to the HR department: attendance monitoring, payroll review, document handling, and use of external platforms (Salesforce, Welfare, Pellegrini, etc.).
Reporting activities and preparation of adjusting entries for interim and annual financial statements.
Management of the document archive and digital preservation.
Ongoing collaboration and communication with other company teams.
Prérequis
Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related fields (recent graduates also considered), preferably combined with a technical-commercial high school diploma
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Familiarity with SAP management software is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Teamwork mindset and problem-solving attitude
