Unox S.p.A, market leader in the production of high-end ovens and certified as one of the 100 best places to work in Europe, is looking for a Production Engineer at Unox Manifattura, a Group company specialized in the assembly of professional ovens.
Main responsibilities
Analyze Unox production processes and Intercompany suppliers' processes to identify continuous improvement opportunities based on Lean principles.
Map processes, define Future State Maps, and identify KPIs to monitor process performance.
Develop reports and dashboards, analyze KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Plan and coordinate process improvement projects, monitoring progress and results.
Collaborate with Operations, IT, and Intercompany suppliers to implement solutions and standardize processes.
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical or Management Engineering
Good knowledge of the Italian language
Graduate (0 years)
The expected gross annual salary (RAL) for this position, in relation to the required 0-1 years of experience, ranges from a minimum of €28,800 to a maximum of €32,000.
