Main responsibilities
Analyze Unox production processes and Intercompany suppliers' processes to identify continuous improvement opportunities based on Lean principles.
Map processes, define Future State Maps, and identify KPIs to monitor process performance.
Develop reports and dashboards, analyze KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Plan and coordinate process improvement projects, monitoring progress and results.
Collaborate with Operations, IT, and Intercompany suppliers to implement solutions and standardize processes.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Management Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Good knowledge of the Italian language
Availability to work on-site at our Bentivoglio (Bologna) location
