Wesentliche Tätigkeiten
Handle customer support requests by ensuring timely, high-quality assistance through maintenance activities and follow-ups;
Actively plans and supports external sales force activities
Maintain and update the company CRM, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness;
Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities;
Act as liaison between internal departments to ensure efficient workflow coordination;
Provide training for new international team members on the Salesforce platform.
Voraussetzungen
High school Diploma or graduate degree in Administration/Economics/Languages;
Excellent knowledge of English
Customer service orientation;
Proven problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills;
Entry-Level (<2 years)
