Unox S.p.A, market leader in high-end oven production and certified as one of the 100 best places to work in Europe, is looking for a KPO Industrial Engineer to join our Kaizen Promotion Officer Team.

Wesentliche Tätigkeiten
  • Analyze existing or new processes through value stream mapping techniques and data analysis.
  • Perform muda analysis on existing processes mastering techniques such as 4M+E, 5W+2H and 5 Why.
  • Design future states of existing or new processes through value stream mapping techniques.
  • Design the 4M+E of new processes.
  • Develop action plans and enforce deadlines for the implementation of solutions.
  • Measure the result of improvement projects for follow-up.
  • Design equipment, workstations and assembly lines for existing or new processes.
  • Standardize the solutions designed and implemented for their adoption in other processes.
Voraussetzungen
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management Engineering, Mechanics, Mechatronics, Product Innovation
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the principles, techniques, methods and tools of the lean system
  • Strong aptitude for teamwork
