Main responsibilities- Sourcing and selection of candidates
- Participation in Career Days
- Management of company visits for students
- Support for Employer Branding activities
- Management of Welcome Day for new employees
- Relationship with temporary employment agencies (APL)
Requirements- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English (spoken and written) - our selection process includes a telephone language check;
- Knowledge of languages such as Spanish, French or German is a plus.
- Degree (in humanities or economics) with strong motivation and sensitivity to HR issues;
- Excellent organizational skills, precision and results orientation;
- Proactivity;
- Excellent public speaking skills;
- Ability to work under pressure.
