Unox, a market leader in the production of high-end ovens and certified as a Great Place to Work®, is seeking an Account Executive (Inside Sales) to join our team in Denver, NC. Youll be the first point of contact for inbound leads and play a key role in helping foodservice professionals find the right solution.
Wesentliche Tätigkeiten
Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, chat, and web forms;
Run discovery calls to understand customer needs and challenges;
Recommend tailored Unox solutions and book qualified demos;
Collaborate with outside sales reps to move deals forward;
Log all activity in Salesforce CRM.
Voraussetzungen
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or Languages is required.
1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or foodservice operations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, SMS).
Ability to ask insightful questions, identify pain points, and articulate clear value propositions.
Background in foodservice as a chef, operator, dealer, or rep is strongly preferred.
High attention to detail, persistence in lead follow-up, and confidence in handling objections.
