In this role, you will provide essential support to both customers and internal teams, ensuring optimal use of Unox products and services.
Wesentliche Tätigkeiten
Provide top-tier technical support to customers, ensuring they can use products optimally and resolving any issues promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify malfunctions and contribute to the continuous improvement of future product versions.
Design and deliver training courses on product usage and technical support, equipping both customers and colleagues with the necessary skills for efficient use.
Monitor and report common causes of failures, aiming to optimize processes and improve product quality.
Act as a key liaison between technical support, design teams, and customers, ensuring smooth communication and swift resolution of issues.
Voraussetzungen
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
Excellent proficiency in English
Knowledge of a second language is a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel for customer support and internal training purposes
