Unox S.p.A, a market leader in high-end oven production and certified as one of the 100 best places to work in Europe, is looking for a Production Engineer at Mabix, a Group company specialized in the construction of molds and plastic injection molding for Unox products.
Main responsibilities
Support the procurement flow management by monitoring supplier orders and related goods receipts.
Analyze and manage subcontracting processes, ensuring alignment between production planning, material flow, and returns.
Take part in continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives within the molding and assembly departments, contributing to process optimization and waste reduction.
Monitor and analyze inventory levels, identifying discrepancies and supporting stock alignment with production needs.
Maintain and update process and master data (item master data, bills of materials, routing and production cycles) in SAP and GP90, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with the molding and assembly teams to analyze operational issues and support the implementation of improvement actions.
Support quality control activities on components, contributing to non-conformity analysis and continuous product quality improvement.
Requirements
