In this role, you will have a key impact on the operational and logistical execution of all initiatives dedicated to our employees and external stakeholders, turning ideas into concrete projects. You will be the 'engine' behind our events, the guardian of internal procedures, and the logistical point of reference for our Employer Branding projects
Main responsibilities
Event Management & logistics
You will manage the end-to-end organization of iconic events (Unox Talk, Olympix Games, Orienteering Night, Unox Academy, etc.), focusing on:
Planning: creating and monitoring project Gantt charts and managing calendars.
Logistics: managing physical spaces, setups, and material coordination.
Stakeholder Management: liaising with external entities, vendors, and internal departments.
Content & Procedures: creating/updating operating procedures and producing supporting content (copy and photos for internal communications/social media).
Providing concrete support to company visibility through:
School & University relations: organizing student visits (Company Profiles, site tours) and logistical participation in Career Days (managing booths, materials, and giveaways).
Materials: creating and updating PPT presentations, flyers, and information brochures.
Networking: providing operational presence during industry events.
HR operations
Management of the corporate workwear process.
Management of corporate employee benefit programs and discounts.
Drafting and sending newsletters, internal communication emails, and managing the HR editorial plan.
Compliance & culture projects
Administrative and organizational support for certifications and wellbeing programs:
Collaboration on Great Place to Work (GPTW) projects and Gender Equality Certification.
Creation and updating of the HR Knowledge Hub.
Requirements
Excellent English proficiency (C1 level equivalent – certification is not required; language skills will be assessed during the interview process).
Recent graduate in HR, Communication, Public Relations, or related fields.
Strong organizational skills and precision in deadline management.
Excellent command of the Office Suite (PowerPoint in particular) and familiarity with project management tools.
Pragmatic and operational approach ("hands-on" attitude).
Outstanding interpersonal skills for interfacing with students, external entities, and colleagues at all levels.
