Unox S.p.A., a market leader in the production of high-end ovens and recognized as a Great Place to Work® in Italy for the seventh consecutive year, is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our Unox Service Team. In this role, you will provide essential support to both customers and internal teams, ensuring the optimal use of Unox products and services.

Main responsibilities
  • Provide high-level technical support to customers, ensuring optimal product use and timely resolution of any issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify malfunctions and contribute to the continuous improvement of future product versions.
  • Design and deliver training courses on product use and technical support, equipping customers and colleagues with the necessary skills for efficient operation.
  • Monitor and report the most common causes of malfunction to optimize processes and improve product quality.
  • Act as a key link between technical support, design teams, and customers, ensuring smooth communication and quick issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and French.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel to support customers and conduct internal training activities.
