Unox S.p.A., a market leader in the production of high-end ovens and recognized as one of the top 100 companies to work for in Europe, is looking for an Administrative Officer for Metex, a company within the group specializing in sheet metal processing for Unox products.

Main responsibilities
  • Management of the accounts payable cycle: invoice recording, due date tracking, payment recording.
  • Management of the accounts receivable cycle: invoice issuance, preparation of revenue statements, Ri.Ba issuance, receipt recording.
  • Handling of invoices from professionals: invoice entry, withholding tax payments, preparation and submission of annual tax certifications.
  • General ledger entries, payroll, and bank transactions (both manual and automatic entries).
  • Use of home banking for payment and collection operations.
  • VAT compliance: preparation of registers and monthly summaries, periodic VAT settlements, support for annual VAT return and management of intent declarations.
  • Preparation, submission, and recording of F24 tax forms.
  • Support to the HR department: attendance monitoring, payroll review, document handling, and use of external platforms (Salesforce, Welfare, Pellegrini, etc.).
  • Reporting activities and preparation of adjusting entries for interim and annual financial statements.
  • Management of the document archive and digital preservation.
  • Ongoing collaboration and communication with other company teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related fields (recent graduates also considered), preferably combined with a technical-commercial high school diploma
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Familiarity with SAP management software is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Teamwork mindset and problem-solving attitude
