Unox S.p.A, market leader in high-end oven production and certified as one of the 100 best places to work in Europe, is looking for a Shipping Officer to join our Operations Team.

Main responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate the loading of trucks and containers, ensuring compliance with operational priorities and delivery schedules.
  • Organize and manage shipments, including courier booking and coordination.
  • Prepare and issue transport documentation for domestic, European, and non-EU shipments.
  • Prepare customs documentation and support import/export customs procedures.
  • Coordinate customs inspection activities.
  • Manage the daily and monthly invoicing process related to shipping operations.
  • Organize the transfer of goods for exhibitions, events, and the Service Lab.
  • Ensure the collection, verification, and filing of duly signed transport documentation.
  • Manage the return and reverse logistics process, ensuring full traceability of returned goods.

The annual gross salary (RAL) for this position, based on the requirement of 0-1 years of experience and the candidate holding either a high school diploma or a university degree, ranges from €26,889 to €28,800.
