Unox S.p.A., a global leader in the production of high-end professional ovens and recognized as one of the best companies to work for in Europe, is looking for an intern to join the Company Visits & Events Team at the Unox S.p.A. headquarters.The successful candidate will join the team dedicated to managing the experience of international customers, partners, and visitors at the Unox headquarters, while also supporting the organization of corporate events and initiatives aimed at Unox employees.This internship represents an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of corporate visits and event organization, contributing to the creation of engaging experiences that showcase the Unox brand and promote its corporate culture.
Main responsibilities
Supporting the management of the international visitor experience, including the organization of transfers, hotels, restaurants, and other services to ensure a comprehensive and seamless welcome.
Supporting the reception of clients, partners, and guests at Unox City and during tours of the production facilities.
Collaborating in the preparation of company visit agendas and coordinating activities with the relevant internal teams.
Supporting the organization of corporate events for clients, partners, and employees, including participant management, materials, logistics, and operational activities.
Collaborating on organizational activities related to corporate events, training sessions, international meetings, and internal initiatives.
Supporting the delivery of digital and hybrid events, from registration management to operational coordination.
Contributing to the management of the CombiGuru Challenge, an international project dedicated to hospitality school students.
Requirements
Degree or educational background in languages, tourism, communication, event management, or related fields.
Good command of English. Knowledge of Spanish or a third language is considered a plus.
Interest in company visits, event organization, and customer experience.
Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural aptitude for interacting with the public.
Curiosity, proactivity, and eagerness to learn in an international environment.
