Unox, a global market leader in the design and production of high-end professional ovens and certified as a Great Place to Work®, is seeking a Administration & Logistics Specialist to join the Unox Service Team in Tokyo.

Main responsibilities
  • Manage customer POs, create and maintain customer accounts, process orders, prepare quotations, sales orders, delivery notes and invoices, and maintain customer and product master data.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules, shipping instructions, consignment stock, PODs, returns, exchanges, delivery issues, and communication with customers, warehouses, and logistics partners.
  • Handle employee travel expenses and reimbursement.
  • Perform data entry and maintain information across internal and external systems, including customer-specific EDI and web ordering platforms, while supporting future SAP implementation.
  • Provide Sales with order, inventory, shipment, and customer information; cooperate with Sales and Order Management on credit collection; and collaborate with Accounting team members across the Unox Group.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in administration, order management, customer service, accounting, or a similar role.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with customers and internal departments.
  • English proficiency; knowledge of Japanese.
