Unox S.p.A, market leader in high-end oven production and certified as one of the 100 best places to work in Europe, is looking for an Electrical and Electromagnetic Design to join our Research and Development Team.
Main responsibilities
Support in the following activities:
Solve problems by generating innovative solutions to be tested experimentally.
Carefully study the thermal and reliability aspects of the electrical and electronic components of the system.
Dig deep into the data transforming them into usable information.
Build prototypes to test new ideas as quickly as possible in synergy with the Mechanical Engineering team.
Design and test intelligent control algorithms in synergy with the software development team.
Collaborate with the Product Certification team to exceed regulatory requirements for the various markets.
Depending on the projects, you may also be involved in supporting the following activities:
Develop analytical and numerical models to quantitatively describe the electromagnetic phenomena involved during microwave and radio frequency cooking.
Know how to model the electrical and electronic components involved during the cooking process to obtain useful information for the release of specifications on the components, for the development of control and feedback algorithms during cooking.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics or Electrical, Electronic or Telecommunications Engineering
