Unox S.p.A, market leader in high-end oven production and certified as Great Place to Work for the seventh consecutive year, is looking for a Manufacturing Technician to join our Operations Team. In this role, you will be a key operational figure within the production team, responsible for the technical management, proper functioning, and programming of machines (bending machines, welding machines, spot welders, lasers).
Main responsibilities
Set up and program production machines, performing operations directly when needed.
Respond immediately to stoppages or technical issues to minimize downtime.
Optimize and adjust machine programs to improve efficiency and process quality.
Provide ongoing technical support to line operators, coaching and developing team skills and autonomy.
Deliver hands-on, on-the-job training for operators.
Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout production.
Analyze and resolve problems directly on the production floor.
Requirements
Technical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic fields.
Strong technical and hands-on skills.
Ability to quickly learn new processes and operations.
Good computer skills (experience with systems and machines).
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Junior (2-5 years)
