• Developing UNOX customers by acquiring new contacts and proposing our products to them;
• Qualifying business contacts and translating them into sales processes;
• Supporting and managing marketing campaigns;
• Satisfying the requests of current customers through maintenance and follow-up activities;
• Ensuring the success of UNOX and customer satisfaction;
• Pronoting and organising demonstrations of our sales staff;
• Manage customer master data and arrange updates;
• Standardising CRM processes;
• Collecting data and information of a commercial nature;
• Handling complaints;
• Managing contact with the administration area, production area, procurement area and logistics area;
