In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing the sales cycle, and helping drive the growth of our company.
Attività principali
Maintain customer satisfaction through follow-ups and support.
Ensure the success of Unox while prioritizing client needs.
Organize and promote product demonstrations by the sales team.
Manage and update customer master data.
Standardize CRM processes for efficiency.
Collect and analyze commercial data and market information.
Handle customer complaints effectively.
Coordinate communication between sales, marketing and technical team.
Requisiti
Excellent proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, organized, and punctual.
Ability to handle conflicts and provide timely solutions.
