Are you a student passionate about Human Resources? We are looking for an intern for our Human Resources Team!You will have the opportunity to actively collaborate with our HR team, supporting us in the implementation of initiatives aimed at attracting and retaining top talent.

Attività principali
  • Support in publishing and managing job postings across various channels (online portals, social media, etc.).
  • Screening of curricula vitae and support in the evaluation of applications.
  • Phone contact with candidates to schedule introductory interviews.
  • Participation in selection interviews (alongside the team).
  • Updating the candidate database and managing documentation related to selection processes.
  • Active sourcing of potential candidates (talent scouting) through various tools and platforms.
  • Support in drafting reports and presentations related to recruiting activities.
  • Collaboration with the HR team on cross-functional projects.
Requisiti
  • University student (in the final stages of studies)
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good knowledge of the main IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Proactivity and attention to detail
